ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL CENTER NEAR THE Rueyres BMRS _ (SWITZERLAND)
Our reflection on the project is part of a fundamental "school is a factor in achieving to integrate socially. " The project proposes a series of simple volume recalling the basic geometric shapes that kids know, "Brick de Bois." This game is the concept of our project.
"Brick Wood" enables a proper report, a report on the extent of the child. These cubes are arranged in the sites given to rhythm and dynamics. In terms of volume, the approach was evident. The landscape is fabulous offers this region: the mountains that make crown, the roofs of buildings in the town, verdant views. The combination of these suggestions were brought to sculpt the volume of the project which will integrate with the context, leaving him as free as possible and at the same time re exalt the characteristics of the place. There is a desire to create volumes that each have its own identity allowing independent use. About the dynamism of the intervention, it is characterized by a rotation of volumes at the corners. The residue thus serve as spaces for specific functions. Sometimes the choice of maintaining green spaces for recreation and outdoor sports in school and enrolled in a gentle in its context. Circulations superimposed mark the position of the stairs and have a sequence of spaces traversed in successive discoveries. The project includes a main entrance, a secondary and a direct connection to the gym. They respond to the needs expressed versatility, increase the ratio of the building with its environment and reflect its public nature. The intervention is on two levels, classrooms, rooms for crafts and infant classes are oriented south, special rooms and hallway distribution are oriented north and public areas benefit from ideal conditions, without penetrating light or glare.
