In Resolution number 28 of March 4, 2011, the City Council approved the proposal of Carvico to offer citizens a form to fill out for any reports, complaints and tips delivered directly to administrators. This form will be made available to the public in the lobby of City Hall and, in computerized format on the City website, the models are completed, then returned in a special box set to full availability at the lobby or in computerized format that allow anonymity.
Finally, the models will be compiled periodically evaluated by community leaders or their delegates
