Christmas is approaching and, strange to say, over the past four days has almost freschino ... in reality 'has never stopped raining and really' ... there 'that sticky tropical wet weather, but not as' hot as the true tropics. Pero 'and feel' very similar. I say this thing 'cause even with the sun at Christmas I got used to it! And knowing that the other side of the hemisphere there 's a lot of snow makes me a little of melancholy ... What a beautiful snow at Christmas! How I miss the snow at Christmas!
This year we were good we did the tree soon, but me and something 'left behind anyway ... greeting cards! What agony I am! I always boils down to the last moment with everything!
I finished two weeks in the hospital only a week ago and now I'm working here ... still growing and that other part of me that 'love of good food! In recent days I was tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano officer: in front of me a wheel of Parmigiano and I handing out and talking about them ... I tell stories of people, Christmas table, the first and second courses ... I like to imagine how people could use it, come attivare la loro creativita' culinaria... sperando che capiscano quanto sia prezioso il Parmigiano e come faccia parte della nostra storia... Mi sembra a volte incredibile spiegare che il parmigiano grattato su un semplice brodino lo renda un piatto da leccarsi i baffi...
Mi sento un po' strana a volte, ma alla fine penso, con una punta di egocentrismo (lo ammetto), che quando porteranno il nostro Parmigiano sulla loro tavola... saro' li' un po' anch'io insieme a loro... Evviva il Natale!
